Celebrating You!

The holidays are about more than finding the perfect gift or recipe, hanging decorations, or counting down the days until time off. They are about connection, gratitude, and community — and for that, we celebrate each of you.

As a Division family, we are here to support one another, to celebrate our successes, to be there for each other during our sorrows, and to make a meaningful difference in the greater legal community.

As you begin to plan your holiday season, consider creating a few new traditions:

Give Back

Consider making a gift to the North Carolina Bar Foundation in honor of a colleague. Winston Churchill once reminded us, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

Reach Out

Take a moment to send an email or handwritten note to a mentor or colleague who has made a difference in your career. A small gesture of appreciation can have a lasting impact.

Celebrate

Nothing says “holidays” quite like a good gathering! Food, laughter, and friendship are some of the best medicines. We hope you’ll join us for our Division Holiday Social on Thursday, November 20, at Ward and Smith in Raleigh.

People are at the heart of every successful organization, and we could not do what we do without you. Our strength lies in our diversity—in the unique values, skills, and perspectives each of you brings. Together, we create something far greater than the sum of our parts.

We encourage you to stay involved, stay connected, and show up—because your presence truly matters.

Cheers to each of you, and to our shared dedication, teamwork, and excellence. Wishing everyone a holiday season filled with gratitude, fellowship, and joy!
