The joint CLE for the Government & Public Sector Section and Administrative Law Section will occur on November 13 at the Bar Center.

This CLE focuses on Public Records. An outstanding slate of speakers will address:

  • the current requirements for documents at State Archives,
  • updates concerning AI technology and usage,
  • practical tips for practice before the Office of Administrative Hearings, and
  • a review of documentary evidence and how AI has affected evidence.
